i can see this font, many of the fonts do not display on mobile idk why, if u are on desktop uhhhhhhhh idk that shouldnt be happening

Not sure if this is a 'bug' exactly but I just found out that a post has a max limit of 20,000 characters? I was originally going to write a post in the OC subforum about an original species in my story but it went over the character limit and I'm not sure if it was an intentionally imposed limit or just the default for the forum. If it's on purpose then that's fine, but I think having it written down somewhere or to have a limit in the input box where it automatically stops letting you type once you reach the limit would be nice.

that seems super reasonable! im sorry if this made you lose progress on your post i know how that feels.

character limit is something i haven't tweaked at all in the forum settings so its probably the default, and wont lie i thought it would have a warning at the bottom if u were nearing it. i'll look into how too add some sort of chacter limit warning and also get a feel for what i think a good character limit on this forum would be

When i try to add an image right now it gives me a super long error in html code which includes saying im banned??

well for one your not banned otherwise u couldnt be posting, the only thing ive changed between yesterday & today is that chatbox so im going to turn it off and then you can try again, if that doesn't work then we'll go from there!

yahoo!! we're saved! lmk if u have trouble again in the board specifically, in the meantime ill see whats some stuff i can do on the backend, i think a guy emailed me to be a betatester for a diff chatbox LMAO

left is while logged in, right is in a private window.
i'm on firefox usually, but also checked with chrome and i don't see them either...

i checked on phone (standard samsung browser) and on ipad (both safari and brave) and cannot see the message icons for anyone on those devices either.
additionally, if it helps, the message icon changes to this on my own posts whenever it contains an attachment, but i can still click on it and get the message icon drop down.

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this one, my cursor completely blends in with the text boxes whenever I try to type. Only visible when it's in I-beam form/text cursor version.

This is on the default forum theme, haven't tested in light mode atm.

My cursor inverts when over the text box! Do you happen to have this enabled in Windows settings?
