Soup doesn't make him bigger, but it makes him very happy, especially good soup. He is much bigger than advertised though.
If all you wanna do is play and draw with him, why not get addicted? It's cool.

The mushrooms don't fall off. Unless you pick them, and then - yes - you can eat them. It doesn't hurt the AutoReiv at all. New mushrooms will sprout. Fair warning though: if you eat the mushrooms you might accidentally merge your brain with the mycelium hive mind, but some people say that's where AutoReiv's knowledge comes from.
